We deploy a lead coordinator on the day — a TSPDV driver who oversees all vehicles, communicates with the event planner and venue team, and ensures the flow of arrivals and departures runs without friction. Return transfers are staged with staggered timing to prevent queuing at the venue entrance.

TSPDV is an established wedding transport partner for ceremonies and receptions throughout the Alpes-Maritimes and Var. We manage the bridal vehicle, guest collection from hotels and villas, and the full choreography of arrivals at ceremony and reception venues — including late-night returns.
We have experience at Domaine du Mas de Pierre (Saint-Paul-de-Vence), Château de la Napoule, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild (Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat), Château Sainte-Roseline, and many private estate properties. We work closely with wedding planners and coordination teams throughout the planning process.
Festival-week transport
at Cannes standard
During Cannes Film Festival and MIPIM, demand for quality private transport on the Riviera far exceeds supply. TSPDV clients are not exposed to this — their vehicles are reserved weeks in advance, their chauffeurs briefed on the delegate schedule, and their transfers executed with the precision the events demand.
We manage executive transfers between Nice Airport, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, private villas, and the major hotels: Martinez, Carlton, Majestic, and beyond. Airport rotations during arrival and departure peaks are a TSPDV speciality.
Event transport questions
The Cannes Film Festival (May) and MIPIM (March) are our two highest-demand periods. We strongly recommend contacting us at least 6–8 weeks in advance for festival dates. For weddings and private galas on specific dates, 2–3 months ahead is ideal.
Yes. For large events, we coordinate a fleet of Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles with a lead driver acting as on-site logistics coordinator. All vehicles depart and return on a staggered schedule to avoid congestion at the venue entrance. We provide a full transport plan with timings in advance.
